Responsibilities

Construction Manager
Responsibilities
- To manage the division's construction and warranty service operations, Site Superintendents & outside vendors.
- To review all construction related costs and job-starts by completing site surveys with Superintendents.
- To ensure that warranty service is completed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- To develop and deliver training programs that will be both challenging and rewarding to Associates, so that they will grow and advance within the organization.
- To maintain and monitor a safety awareness program that promotes OSHA compliance and an injury-free work environment.
- Will be responsible for overseeing 5 to 6 superintendents

Sales Associate
Experience / Education required
- Typically 3-5 years experience in related fields of real estate, medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales a plus. Business, marketing, similar 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
Relationship
- The Sales Associate reports to and works with Senior Business Development Manager as well as Regional Business Partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demographic and market analysis
- New acquisition identification and research
- Development and implementation of comprehensive project sales/marketing plans
- Creation and distribution of company marketing materials, project flyers and newsletters
- Target prospecting to medical/dental practitioners; medical service providers, surgical centers and specialty treatment facilities
- Negotiation/closing coordination for client transactions
- Coordination and management of associate broker relationships
- Reporting / tracking of all sales and marketing efforts to regional business partners

Regional Controller - Southern California - Non-Exempt
General Description
- The Regional Controller will perform moderately complex clerical assignments. Duties will include but not limited to: Managing Bank Accounts, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Balance Sheets, General Ledger, Finical Statements, Cost Control Records. Directly supervised by the Managing Partners.
Qualifications
- Accurate computer skills in Microsoft Products and Maxwell essential; knowledge of construction accounting desirable. Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, ability to plan, organize and establish goals, priorities, and work schedules, and the ability to adhere to project deadlines.
Education Requirements
- Four Year Degree minimum or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Typically requires 5-8 years of related experience.
Relationship
- The Regional Controller is accountable to the Managing Partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Have working knowledge of all applicable local, state, and national tax regulations.
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting files and records.
- Insure timely and accurate processing of payroll, accounts payable, billings, cost transfers and updates, in accordance with Company policies and procedures and contract requirements.
- Maintain complete cost control records and accurate monthly cost reports, as required.
- Maintain accounting subcontract files and verify subcontract compliance with bond, insurance, releases and payment of Sub tier Contractors, Material and Equipment Suppliers.
- Reconcile records with general ledger monthly and submit necessary documents to update records.
- May perform other office and clerical functions, such as: purchasing supplies, sending mail, answering phone calls, receiving visitors, operating various office machines and equipment, setting up and maintaining general office files, etc.
- At project termination, review all vendor statements, purchase orders, home office accounting records, etc. to ensure that all open items are resolved prior to final billing.
- Performs other special projects and duties as required.
